Terms of services
1.1. A Project is any work undertaken or service provided by MiniMaxiApps for the Client upon their request and as described in our confirmation order email.
1.2. A Client refers to a person, persons, business, or organization utilizing any of the services provided by MiniMaxiApps.
1.3. Live Mode refers to the date when the website is available on the Client’s chosen domain.
1.4. A Domain is the website address specified by the Client.
1.5. Open Source Software is software made freely available to anyone under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
1.6. Hosting is an annual cost to keep the Client’s website activated online.
1.7. Content encompasses both text and images required by the Client for the website.
2.1. The contract between MiniMaxiApps and the Client will be based on these conditions, excluding all other terms and conditions.
2.2. Any variations to these conditions will not take effect unless agreed upon in writing.
2.3. The work to be carried out will be as specified in the MiniMaxiApps confirmation order email.
3.1. Email will serve as the primary method of communication.
3.2. MiniMaxiApps can also be contacted by telephone or in person for local customers, but email will remain the main method.
3.3. The Client must provide and maintain a valid email address. MiniMaxiApps cannot be held liable for communication issues if a valid email address is not provided.
3.4. MiniMaxiApps will acknowledge all emails within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
4.1. Work will only commence after receiving a non-refundable 40% deposit of the quoted Project fee.
4.2. The remaining 60% must be paid when the website goes live.
4.3. The deposit covers the cost of design work, administrative tasks, and communication, and is non-refundable.
5.1. The Client must conduct sufficient research before proceeding with a website to ensure legal compliance.
5.2. The Client must maintain regular contact with MiniMaxiApps throughout the Project.
5.3. If no contact is made for up to 2 months, MiniMaxiApps will make up to 3 attempts via the provided email.
5.4. If there is no response, the Project may be terminated, and the deposit will not be refunded.
6.1. Images purchased by MiniMaxiApps on behalf of the Client are strictly for website use only.
6.2. MiniMaxiApps cannot be held liable for any misuse, unauthorized copying, alteration, or distribution of images by the Client or third parties.
7.1. If requested, MiniMaxiApps can host the website upon receipt of full payment for hosting fees.
7.2. MiniMaxiApps strives to provide reliable hosting but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability in cases of technical failures beyond its control.
7.3. Hosting is offered as unlimited, but MiniMaxiApps reserves the right to limit accounts if terms are abused.
8.1. MiniMaxiApps cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects on the Client’s business operations, sales, or profitability resulting from services provided.
9.1. While MiniMaxiApps provides SEO services, it does not guarantee specific placement or high ranking on search engines, as this outcome is beyond its control.
